Hi Ms. Chin,

My name is Ahlleycha and I am a 17 year college student who was in desperate need of resources for her paper. I just wanted to say that you really helped me alot, but dont worry I didnt plagiarize. Your wiriting is excellent and very "down with the people", unlike those other writers who use uneccessary "big words" that certain people may not be able to grasp and understanding of. Great work, and thanks again!!!!

I see those kinds of books selling and your style is already there! There the kind that happily sit in airport shops and people read them on the plane. (One of my colleagues has just told me that a UK industry survey states that 45% of people are looking for a new job - office politics must play a role!). Your book could be called "surviving the jungle" or some catchy title like that :-)

Andew,
Thanks for visiting and I'm glad you enjoy my writings. Your site looked very interesting as well, and I look forward to listening to your podcasts.

Faiz,
Interesting suggestion! I have an unique benefit of comparing my past personal experiences with office politics with my current personal experiences mediating office politics as a consultant. Office politics will may never go away (like of like adolescent acne) but there are ways to manage it, reduce damages, and turn it into a learning experience.
