		<description>The first time that I had matzo ball soup, I was surprised by the size too.  I, too, thought it would be meatball size.  (After seeing meatballs, and all the different kinds of fish balls in Asian cuisine, I thought they were all that size.)

Many changes are the results of suddenly realizing you don&#039;t have a good answer for &quot;what am I doing?&quot; and &quot;why?&quot;  This is a good example here. :-)</description>
