David Bernard-Stevens and I are creating a personal leadership podcast program, where we look at various themes in self-leadership.

Most of us look at leadership and think “business” and “careers”; in this inaugural episode, Jane and David talks about how leadership and especially personal leadership is intimately applicable within one’s family.

From David Bernard-Stevens: Dr. Jane Chin and I decided to do a series of podcasts that resonates within us… that being of the challenges of families and how the concepts of persoanal leadership can help create dynamic families rather than dysfuntional ones. So to start, we are offering you a free download of a portion of our first recording, AND, if you have an interest and think this may have some value for you or someone you know to give you an opportunity to learn more as the series continues. And yes, in this one there is a tinty sound to my voice, but we felt the information found within the podcast was still worth posting. So, from Jane and I to you… enjoy and let us know what you think! Let us know what you think by contacting me on the “contact us” page of this blog, or by E-mailing me at: dbs03@q.com.

David and Jane, I enjoyed the discussion and the commonalities that exist within your perspectives. Two different people with different stories at clearly two different places in life and yet your messages are not only similar but synergistic. A needed reminder.
    Thank you.

I like the idea that it’s about you but it’s not about you. A lot of times we really do need to take a step back and then take another look.
